Abuse Law no. 104/1992
The law nr. 104/1992, provides for concessions for some categories of employees. In particular, the law allows these workers, who have a disabled family member, to take advantage of hours and / or days of leave for assistance. These are hours / days of work - spent to assist the disabled family member - regularly paid. A sentence of the Cassation provides for the immediate dismissal of the employee who uses these permits for personal purposes.
