Investigative mandate

This (usually completed on a special form provided by the investigative institute) will be signed by the applicant, who turns to a private investigative agency to protect a legitimate right.

Examples:

- alleged marital infidelity;

- search for missing persons, with whom - for example - you claim a credit;

- minor subject control;

- unjustified absenteeism of an employee;

- staff infidelity;

- etc.

The owner of the investigative institute (or one of his representatives) is obliged to identify the applicant through the presentation by the latter of an identity document.

Therefore, the details of the document will be collected on the MANDATE OF INVESTIGATION FOR INVESTIGATIONS:

a) the customer's personal data: name and surname,

b) place and date of birth of the same,

c) place and address of residence,

d) date of issue and expiry of the document,

e) entity that issued the same.

As regards the documents necessary for the assignment of the assignment, we mean:

1) Identity Card, issued by the Municipality of residence;

2) Driving license, issued by the Civil Motorization or by the Prefecture;

3) Passport, issued by the home state.

The tax code must also be requested from the client.

The possible domicile of the client, if different from the address of residence, must be specified on the MANDATE OF ASSIGNMENT FOR INVESTIGATIONS.

The tasks assigned to the private investigator will be specified clearly and unequivocally in the "body" of the INVESTIGATION ASSIGNMENT MANDATE; which therefore will serve to the owner of the investigative agency also as "rudder" for the performance of the service.

The following is summarized on the subject of the MANDATE OF INVESTIGATION ASSIGNMENT.

In case of alleged infidelity the "formula" to be used could be summarized as follows:

- "... investigations against the spouse, Mr. Mario Rossi, born in ..., on ..., residing in ..., in via ...; married to the applicant on ... ...; not separated . ".

Below:

- "It is suspected that the same is intent on cultivating an extramarital relationship with an unidentified subject ...".

At this point it will be necessary to highlight, in great detail, some emblematic situations to reinforce the reason that led the applicant to turn to a private investigator.

Here are some examples:

- delays in returning home in the evening after working hours;

- excessive use compared to the usual mobile phone and continuous sending / receiving of sms and the like;

- various, unjustified apologies, just to leave the house;

- etc.

Very important, at this point, the "purpose" of the assignment must be highlighted. In the specific case of alleged infidelity, it could be summarized as follows:

- "All of the foregoing, therefore, this investigative agency is requested to carry out investigations, with the contextual collection of images, capable of confirming what is suspected by the applicant ...".

And also.

- "... It is specified that if the suspicions are confirmed, the undersigned applicant will proceed, with the help of a law firm, with the request for separation from the spouse, with charge of fault ..."

On the MANDATE OF ASSIGNMENT FOR INVESTIGATIONS it is also necessary to specify the time necessary for the completion of the survey as well as the schedule of meetings with the client to report to the same and the methods of the relationship.

It is also necessary to fix the various information provided by the requesting Party necessary for carrying out the investigation service.

Examples:

- vehicle data of the interested party (brand, model, plate, color, etc.),

- description of the subject under investigation,

- home address, specifying any multiple exits / entrances from the residential building,

- address and working hours,

- etc.

Once the service is completed, the appropriate INVESTIGATIVE REPORT is drawn up to be delivered to the applicant in the form of a dossier, together with the supports. The investigative report is the product of the service performed. It must always be requested from the agency. It is, in practice, the true visiting card of each investigative institute.
