The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR UE / 2016/679) and the Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003) provide that the processing of data, where necessary, is carried out in compliance with the rights and fundamental freedoms of the individual, ensuring to each person the confidentiality and protection of the information concerning him, on the assumption that physical identity and digital identity are subject to the same rights and the same respect and protection measures.

In these cases it is necessary to contact the relevant data processor.

Right to complain
The applicant has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, namely: Privacy Guarantor - Piazza di Montecitorio, 121 - 00186 Rome.

The specific and detailed instructions regarding the processing of data by this Investigation Institute and the exercise of rights, may be requested from the owner, personally.
At any time the applicant can exercise the rights provided by art. 13, art. 22 of the GDPR UE / 2016/679 and art. 7, art. 10 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
