Questions and answers

Questions and answers.
It was said that still today many people are not very familiar with private investigations. They would like to initiate an investigation, but they still know little about this topic.

Here are 16 answers, to as many questions, to know everything about private investigations.

1) Is it legitimate to have your spouse investigated?
The answer is "yes", if there are valid indications of a possible current or previous extramarital love relationship. Pre and post-matrimonial investigations are among the most requested in the field of private investigation.

It is never superfluous to underline that all investigations carried out by this Agency will be conducted with the utmost discretion and confidentiality!

2) Are investigations and investigations carried out abroad by this agency, without any territorial limitation?
This international investigative institute - authorized by the Prefecture of Rome - can operate all over the world.

The political and socio-economic changes of the last decades have led to the circulation, in Italy and in the West, of a considerable number of foreign citizens; therefore new scenarios have opened.

This agency has thus intensified investigative activity in the countries of Eastern Europe, South America and Africa.

In light of this, a specialized team (of investigative agents and informants) is active in this organization, which operates, with maximum discretion and confidentiality, in all areas of the world.

3) Can a company investigate one or more employees whose infidelity it suspects or for reasons of absenteeism?
The answer is yes". Naturally, there should be no lack of founded suspicions.

4) What are the success rates in tracking down a missing person?
The investigative agents that the Agency has, but above all the network of informants, guarantee a high degree of success and in any case certain news.

5) Is it legitimate to have investigations carried out against a minor child?
One would say "dutiful!" Going further to explain the reasons would be superfluous to say the least.

6) When is an investigation request legitimate?
The basic principle is very simple and easy to enunciate:

whenever a right is violated or denied, whether it be a natural person or a company, private investigators can be requested.

Specialized personnel and legal experts - available to the Agency - will respond at any time (24 hours a day - 7 days a week - including all holidays) to any doubts and uncertainties (to contact this Agency see the next point) .

8) How to make an appointment or book a meeting?
Simply call one of the contact details above (for emergencies use the second of the two contact details) to find out where the closest office is to be received (for office hours see the "contacts" section of this site) or to book an appointment at home.

NB: we inform our kind customers that we only receive by appointment.

9) Is there a price list?
Of course there is a "List of services offered and the relative rate table" displayed at the registered office of this Agency. However, it should be specified that each case is assessed separately from the others, as if it were a project.

For the formulation of the estimate, some bearing factors are taken into consideration:

a) first of all, the time necessary to resolve the case is estimated, in order to give answers to "The Questions" (see the next question) covered by the "Investigation mandate";

b) the difficulty of the investigation and the consequences of the number of investigating agents to be used are assessed;

c) last but not least, the means to be used are taken into account.

10) How to confer an investigative assignment?
Three basic steps:

a) a specific form ("Mandate for investigations") will be presented to the applicant, to be filled in with all the details (of the applicant himself);

b) all the information (to the applicant's knowledge) concerning the subject to be investigated will be collected on the "Mandate for investigations" (for example: address of where he lives, where he works; brand, model, color and license plate of the car you use; etc.);

c) finally, "The Questions" will be formulated in writing to which (this Agency) is asked to give answers.

Once these 3 basic preliminary operations have been carried out, the investigating agents and / or informants will be activated (in the most appropriate times and ways) to carry out the investigation.

NB: to underline that the Management will reserve the right to accept or reject an assignment, assessing its legitimacy; therefore, please refrain from contacting this Agency for illegitimate requests.

11) When and how do I pay for services?
For both information and investigative services, a down payment proportioned to the cost estimate and in any case to cover the costs to be incurred for the execution of the service will be required. At the same time as the delivery of the investigative / informative report and related supports (photographs and / or videos and / or paper documents) the balance will be required.

NB: Reports and supports will be delivered by hand only to the applicant (who will sign "by receipt"), never to third parties.

12) Can reports and supports be used in court as evidence?
Of course! Reports and supports (photographs and / or videos) may be used in any grade of judgment. The testimony of investigating agents who directly oversaw the investigation may also be requested.

13) What happens to the Reports, the supports and all the data acquired as a result of the investigation, left at the offices of the agency?
Once the investigation has been completed and the results communicated to the applicant, the data collected must - by law - be deleted.

And in addition: "The only pending procedure to which the investigation is linked - reads the text of the Provision of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, No. 60 of 6 November 2008 -, or the passage to other stages of judgment pending the formation of the res judicata, they do not in themselves constitute a valid justification for the retention of data by the private investigator ".

14) Does this agency use correspondents when it comes to operating in Europe and worldwide?
For commercial research and information the network available is so widespread that in every part of the world you are able to work with informants.

Another discussion must be made for the investigations: in fact, it is preferred to send abroad only the agents that this Agency has, especially in certain developing countries. In a few cases and only in certain geographic areas (mostly identifiable with the developed nations), qualified correspondents are used: therefore, investigators appointed by us.

15) Is it possible to have information on ongoing investigations?
"Yes", if deemed indispensable.

16) Is an investigative practice just a number, an assignment to be performed and immediately archived?
Never! Each practice - especially if we are talking about private investigations - is a "human case" to follow, advise and support, until a complete solution of the problem.

It should never be forgotten that those who turn to a private investigator do it mostly when they have to face "the problem of life", they are therefore in principle a person in difficulty and as such should be helped.
